I forget what it's called but do we have a time scheduled for the gathering that takes place before November where we meet everyone and set up times and places for write-ins and get all the gadgets?
Last year it was at Roaring Rapids Pizza place. I'd dig it if we could meet somewhere with some gluten free options. :) Like Nib: Wine and Dessert Bar (right next to Sweet Life) or Brewed Awakening (right across from Sheldon High School). If you're set for pizza, maybe at least BJ's. I could score a baked potato there.
Anyway, October is seriously booking up for me, so I'd like the date soon!

I think Darfinkle is working on getting us a reservation at the 5th St. Marketplace.
Perhaps she will see this and give us an update. (Or see it and let me know if I need to do something.)
I do have it confirmed for our Midnight Start Write at Shari's on West 11th in Eugene, beginning with set up at 11:45 PM and ending at 2:00 AM on November 1st. This is not the Kick Off party though, this is for a group who wants to start writing at Midnight-Oh-One on THE-day.

I will post info for the Kick-Off by tomorrow evening. We will not be at the pizza parlor this year as I'm looking for a place where we can bring in our own food and beverages. Twilite and I have been planning some awesome events for November.
