Author Elizabeth GIlbert talks about creativity, especially fear of failure and success, and how to break through those and just be a creative person. Or as youtube puts it:

"Eat, Pray, Love" Author Elizabeth Gilbert muses on the impossible things we expect from artists and geniuses -- and shares the radical idea that, instead of the rare person "being" a genius, all of us "have" a genius. It's a funny, personal and surprisingly moving talk.

Oh, and TED stands for Technology, Entertainment, Design and is a series of conferences performed by people on the cutting edge of their respective fields (programmers, researchers, artists, etc).

I saw that a year ago ^_^ I love TED.
Have you seen the creativity speech given by some british guy? I forget his name, but that one's good, too, and funny.
