Anyone wanting to offer or catch a ride to any of the regular events, post here!
I'm currently planning on going to the Meet'n'Greet & would be up for sharing a ride to that. I have no problem driving, but I don't know that anyone wants to depend on me for a ride this weekend, as my grandma's in the hospital (looks like a TIA/mini-stroke) and there's always the chance I'll have to be there instead. So if someone else wants to drive to this one, I'm good with that too.
It sounds like the Forum is probably a good central meeting place? Or someplace else if anyone has a suggestion, or people can work out their own.

I have a four/five seater car, but the AC is a bit jank, works on and off. If anyone needs/ wants a ride, and will be ok with a VERY SAFE 23 yr old behind the wheel, I'd be happy to drive.
PS I know some people just get generally antsy when they aren't driving or someone who isn't 60 isn't driving. Not that there's anything wrong with 60, but some people are like that. I'm not a crazy driver, I just know my mom ALWAYS freaks out NO MATTER WHAT, even though I learned from her. Really, I'm a good driver - I leave plenty of car lengths and usually only go 65 mph without traffic. Also, I'm an early arriver, so we'll get there with no problems if everyone else is early too.
Great, now I've scared people away from my EXCELLENT driving skillz.

If I do show up I'd be the one hitching a ride. I hate driving and have no directional sense.

Looks like I'm on the opposite side of town, near Ingram Mall (Ingram Rd and 410). But tomorrow's lining up to be really busy, so I don't know if I'll be a dependable ride. Plus, even though I LOVE my little compact car, it's not too comfy for more than 3 people.

I'm cool with staying the whole time or leaving a bit earlier, if the 'party' is winding down. Really, its up to who's in my car, and if they're all ready to head out at roughly the same time. I'm pretty flexible about that, especially because it'll be a late night.

Okay everyone from the NE/ Forum area, I'm offering up my chauffeuring skills again for the write in tomorrow, Saturday at 9AM at the Barnes and Noble at La Cantera. I'll be in a white Ford Focus at the back of the Borders parking lot in the Forum by 7:45am. I'll be heading out by 8am so as to plan for traffic and parking, I know La Cantera will be busy on a Saturday.
