Am getting ready for the plunge :)
Will there be any grouping in B'ham...since I don't drive at night; perhaps there could be a brunch/weekend meet somewhere on a few occasions?

I think a brunch or late morning meeting would be a great idea. Why not November 1st? If you're starting at midnight it could be a good break, or if you're partying all night on Saturday it could be a great hangover segway into NaNo :P
I'm down for something.
