This is my first year taking part in NaNoWriMo and already I'm excited. I just can't wait to get going when the 1st of November finally rolled around.

I just wanted to know if any other people are deciding to blog about NaNoWriMo.

i just finished coding my blog novelinthirtydays.blogspot.com and there is already a small community growing on there.

Will you be blogging?

Definitely going to be blogging about nano. Granted, my blog wont be devoted solely to that, but it's definitely a topic I'll be following!

I started blogging this year - and although most of my posts deal with other enthusiasms of mine, I have posted that I will be Nano-ing again in 2009. I will probably do an occasional blog about Nano, but won't focus on it. I imagine that I'll be too busy.

My blog is at http://musesinwoodenshoes.blogspot.com.

My blog for November is going to be writing related, but it will focus on characters instead of NaNo. You can see it here: http://pamelamaclean.blogspot.com
Edit: NaNo seems to be making it's way in there a lot too!

However, I will discuss NaNo a lot in my LJ - http://aurumsisters.livejournal.com/

Your blog looks interesting! I added myself as a follower.

I've decided to keep a blog this November, partly to track my progress, and partly to vent. While I'll be posting daily about my novel, I also intend to make regular posts about writing in general, and my own personal ramblings on fantasy and scifi.

I started blooging last month, its a bit quiet at the moment, because whenever I write something other then NaNo prep I feel guilty... including this post! But once NaNo starts I'll be updating it daily with my novels chapters. A chapter a day, if all goes well. Its at http://bisley28.wordpress.com :)

I blog here: Unquite Bones.

I will be blogging this year, both about NaNo and non-NaNo writing things. I'm still in the process of importing all of my writing to my WordPress blog from my LiveJournal (back to 2005!), but I've got a lot of things up already (including a page for this year's novel! ^_^)

I'm also trying to get 30 days worth of inspirational-type posts in the queue, in order to help folks keep the Muses going! The Saturday Story Prompts (otherwise known as the 'little bits that never led anywhere that are now free to a good home' are already set, now I just need to finish the NaNo specific stuff!)

I'm adding folks to my blogroll, so I'll keep an eye on this post for more blogs! ^_^

I posted entries to my blog last year and am doing the same this year.

Except, I've built an entirely new site and WordPress template specifically for my NaNo novels. The template integrates with the wordcount API here to update the front page with where I'm at. I'm wrapping up development for an Oct. 30 or 31st release. If you have your own site running wordpress (not wordpress.com) you're more than welcome to the template. I'm releasing it under the GPL and completely free to use or change.

I put all the details and specs over here: http://www.nanowrimo.org/eng/node/3314479

If you want to check it out, you can go over to http://nanowrimo.thegoodmanblog.com
And if for some reason you want to follow my novel during the month (or read it afterward), registration is open. Just sign up and you can keep up with it.

I started blogging about NaNoWriMo in September as a way to curb my excitement so I wouldn't start my novel early. And now that November is almost here, I think I'll continue blogging about my experiences during NaNo ( But only when I've finished my word count for the day!!). I've called my blog The Write Life.

I'm going to blog about nano, mostly to use as a reference for scrapbooking Nano after it's over. Link is in my sig, not much there right now.

I've got a daily writing prompt blog that I'm planning on keeping up - I've been going for over a year, I figured why let a little something like NaNoWriMo stop me?

I imagine a lot of my prompts for the month will be related to NaNo and/or my novel in progress.

I will be blogging this year too. I started blogging a few months ago. It is primarily a book blog but I don't know how much reading I will get done this November!

I am also taking part in National Blog Posting Month so I should be posting everyday. I expect a lot of it will be about Nanowrimo.

Feel free to pay me a visit!

I'll be blogging daily with exercises supporting my characters (and/or excerpts). Basically I have a lot of days off work this month which I'll be dedicating solely to writing, but I still want to get something related out on my working days while giving myself a little break from the stress. I'll be posting character descriptions, interviews, whatever I can think of. :)

So it's not really blogging about Nano, more like... Supplementary blogging for my Nano?

Anyway, if anyone's interested everything will be under the following category:
http://blog.wherewerewe.org/category/amelia/

I'll probably do all my complaining in short spurts at the end of each post. ;)

Ooh, I'm following a bunch now, too. It's always nice to hear about people's experiences with Nanowrimo.

My own blog can be found here: wynderlon.com. Including Nanowrimo, I write about other things (like life in general), too. :)
