I had an inspired idea. :) I work at the Mark Twain House and Museum in Hartford, and we have a cafe. The cafe isn't up and running, but there is a space, with tables and chairs. I thought it might be fun to have a write-in there. There are bathrooms, there are snacks available in the gift shop, and we could tour the house of one of America's most beloved writers. (It's a beautiful house, in case you haven't been there!) Right nextdoor is the Harriet Beecher Stowe House, which we could also tour.
If anyone is interested, it would be on either November 14th or 15th, due to my full-time (not Mark Twain) schedule. Feedback? Possible dates? If we get a big group I might be able to get us a discount on tickets.
Not trying to step on anyone's toes! I'm a member of the Shoreline region but I thought I'd just invite people to this event from wherever they are in CT and see what kind of group we can assemble. :)

I will be speaking at this event on the 14th:

But could probably stop by on the 15th. I think that sounds like a really cool venue!
