Our first meeting will be this Thursday, from 6:30 - 7:30 pm at the Kenai Community Library. I hope those who have signed on can make it, but if you can't, we will have the write-in days/times set by then and will have them posted on the library calendar. |

AE, you'll be missed, but keep an eye on the library calendar for write-ins. I'm looking at Thursday evenings and then maybe an open house come write anytime on Sundays while I'm working.

Thanks, Bev, I look forward to it. After this weekend, my extaneous obligations should dwindle to nothing- other than NaNo. I can't believe there aren't more Peninsulites responding. I KNOW there are many writers out there.

I have to admit, I've no idea how many will show up tomorrow. I've been putting flyers out on the community bboards and at the schools to drum up some interest in both Kenai and Soldotna. I've also contacted all the peninsula newspapers but only heard back from two of them. I understand the Writers Group who usually meet at the Library may show up to hear about NaNo, so maybe we'll suck a few of them in. I have high hopes!
