Hi everyone!
I am looking for all my fellow Mt. Pleasant/downtown Nanowrimo writers! It is my first time and I will be needing lots of support, ie reasons not to watch CSI and go write instead :) Evenings are best for me, especially Monday and Wednesday nights. Let me know when you guys are available and we can arrange our first mini write-in!
Hope to hear from everyone soon.

Good luck everyone! I have long been an inspiring writing walking about on this earth feeling that there is a great novel in me...and in you as well! Can't wait to see how everyone does

Hi -- Let's definitely plan to get together in Mt. P -- the fewer miles I have to drive to get to a write-in, the better -- because every minute is a minute I could be using to write, and I haven't got a lot of extra time!
How about a mini write-in at B&N in Town Centre one weekday evening? I'm ok most weeks with any night except Tuesday -- but with my son's baseball tournament coming up, I don't yet know which nights I'll be rooting for him. Fridays might be good ...
However, I'm open to suggestions and hope other Mt. P writers want to get together -- have never done a write-in and have no idea how they work, AND I'll be working on a pad, not a laptop, so already feel behind the eight-ball -- but I do want to give it a try!
Let me know!

X-Posting something that was posted over on the LJ page by dragonsinger:
Even though I can't participate this year (stupid school schedule), I'm supporting all the local WriMos by putting up a display at the Mt. Pleasant Regional Library. Also, table and study carrel space is usually available after 6 p.m. Monday-Thursday when the place isn't so busy if you'd like a place to write.
Hopefully next year I can offer up space for a write-in, but we'll discuss that when next year comes along.
In the meantime, swing by, take a look at the display (which will go up on November 2), and sit down to write (but we are busy and noisy during the day just to warn you).
