Hello all!

I'm Kysra from Houma and I know there are a few other Houma residents taking part in NaNo this year! So howz about we hold our own write-ins? There's a plethora of sites available such as Joe Muggs, Starbucks, the main library, just to name a few. It's just a question of organization! I know I would benefit from the support and encouragement of fellow NaNo writers!

How about you???

Kyrsa,

I think we might've been buddied a couple of years ago (when I so didn't finish my novel). Meh. I'm back again this year and determined to do it! I'm up for a write-in if you are. I love Coffee Zone on Saturday mornings. It's pretty quiet in there (and I managed to pull out a whopping 5000 words in a few hours)!!

I'm in Schriever (close enough to Houma) and this is my first year. Not sure if I can do a write-in, but I might be able to. What is involved?

To be honest, I have no idea what's involved with a write-in :) I suspect it has to do with a lot of coffee, moral support, and constructive I'm-going-crazy-and-can't-write-anymore talks. lol

I found myself on a tangent in the story I spent over a month plotting, so I know I'll probably need the moral support more than anything else, lol.
