The Kick-Off Party, after much deliberation and disappointment *stupid Wannamaker stupid Sunset stupid Rain* will no longer be a picnic in the park, but rather a celebration at Los Reyes Mexican Restaurant! Los Reyes is on Rivers Ave, in the Barnes and Nobel/Best Buy shopping center area (by Chick-Fil-A), so it should be very easy for everyone to find, and they wont mind if we get loud and goofy (I'm sure there will be plenty of loud, goofy, drunk-on-margaritas people in the restaurant already). We'll meet there at 5pm on Sat (24th) and stay until we are finished :) I'll have Blue Books and other little November-Survival Goodies to give out and everyone who comes gets a ticket towards the raffle!
If you are planning on coming to the Kick-Off, please let me know by posting below! I need to know how many people are coming so I can ask Los Reyes to save enough space for us (this is also why we'll be beating the big dinner crowd there).
We'll try to do smores for the TGIO party instead :)

Natalie, there will be other events for sure! I can understand Midwesterners wanting some good, fresh seafood - every time I go home I can't eat the shrimp because its frozen and I'm used to such good fresh shrimp. My parents make fun of me for it.

Isers - the drunk margaritas are for the rest of the restaurant, I don't plan on any Wrimos being drunk. I just meant to say we wont be the only loud/obnoxious ones there!
