Wow long title is long! haha
But as the thread name says I would love to meet up and toss ideas. I have a few plot holes that are bugging the snot out of me that I'd love to hash out.. Not to mention the chance to sit and talk with people who are also in this challenge would be a great change of pace from work!
Anyone have any ideas on where to meet up or when? As long as I have a place to write I'll be happy. haha

Hey, you with the long title! I'm in Newnan. Could be fun to meet and talk over this crazy thing we just got ourselves into. I'm completely blank about what I'll be writing, but maybe hearing what you have will get my own creative juices going (in my own direction, of course). Maybe there's a few other out there who can will come along.

Our library is equipped with free wi-fi and we have a cafe space where NaNoWriMoers can meet. We'll even provide the coffee - just come out and write!

Hey, Newnians!
If you would be willing to travel just about an hour, check out our Columbus, GA thread. We're having a kickoff party on November 1st. A Write-A-Thon starting at 1pm. The more, the merrier. :D However, if you want to have your own thing, that's perfectly acceptable. :p

I hope there are more people! Haha, I might go to the library meet up... It sounds like fun and like a good place to simply sit and write. I started the outline for my plot sequences and I'm wondering if I can really cram this all into 30 days.
Edit: Charles an hour away is a bit to far for me. Gas is a real killer! D:

I live in Hogansville, and would love to have a meet up sometime, Newnan isn't too far for me to drive. I wish I could come to the library thing, but unfortunately Mondays I have play practice from 6 - 9 pm. :c

Aalif you should definitely come to the library! Writing can be a (necessarily) lonely endeavor, but meeting fellow Nano-ers has already enriched my NaNoWriMo experience. Lesley at the library has done a wonderful job of providing a good working environment, with coffee and treats to feed to body and spur us on to our 50k goal. Hope you can make it tonight for the write-in. Should be a lot of fun!

Aww, too bad you can't make it up to Newnan for the write-ins. I know Hogansville has a library, and also that really great antique/used bookstore/coffee shop on Main Street. Why don't you try organizing a write-in at one of those spots? Maybe you can meet a few writers in your area that don't want to drive to Newnan.

Just a reminder to all you Coweta/Fayette-area NaNoWriMoers that the weekly write-in sessions are continuing at the Central Library in Newnan from 5-7 p.m. on Mondays in November - which means there's one tonight! Come out and enjoy free coffee and conversation with fellow writers - oh yes, and writing, too.
