I'm thinking that the Wednesday/Sunday thing worked fairly well last year.
Wednesdays after 7pm?
Sundays after 3pm?
Where do you like to write?
The Starbucks on L and 24th worked for the Sunday thing. IHOP or some other 24 hour place for Wednesdays?
Speak up!

Unfortunately my school schedule would prevent me from getting to the wednesday meetings until 9:35.
I am free tuesdays and thursdays after 7:30.
Sundays I'm always free all day and will be there!

I'll be hit and miss on the Wednesdays unless some of us want to do late late night Wednesdays? I have a critique group I belong to that meets up pretty much every other Wednesday. On my free Wednesdays, 7 is great. On my critique nights? If people will still be there that late, 9:30 or 10? Then we could run on till 11 or midnight. And IHOP seems like a good place for the late nights. Well lit, should be quiet at that point, etc. Of course, I do reserve the right to blame any post-write-in crankiness on nano. My boss will love that. ;-)
And Sundays are generally good. I may be a bit late sometimes, maybe 4 rather than 3 but it's all good.
Oh and if someone wants to do Thursday evenings, I can do Thursdays after 6pm. I don't work Fridays so Thursdays are great nights for the late nights if you know what I mean. :-)

Sundays at L & 24th are good for me. I can't stay out very late on weeknights because I work early mornings. I will do my best to come no matter the location.

Wednesdays work well for me. IHOP is good. Should we look for a place with internet, or would that just be a distraction from noveling?

Will there be a write-in At 3:pm on the first Sunday (11-1)?
Or, maybe the better question - Is anyone planning on going to the first Sunday session.
I have it on my list of things-to-do for Sunday, but that will depend on how the midnight session goes.
[by the way -- Starbucks and IHOP are fine with me]
I wonder if descriptions of the IHOP staff will appear in our novels...and how many pancakes will our characters eat...

I say yes for a write in on Sunday, 11-1, 3 pm at Starbucks. I'll definitely be there.
As for weekday write ins, I'd be willing to have two a week, Wednesday and Thursday (since that seems to be a day that you mentioned) nights at 7 pm. (I get off work at 7 so I'd really be about 7:15pm.) Is IHOP good for both nights?
Someone talked about having internet access at write ins. I've found that I stick to writing better when there isn't the temptation but I realize that some of you have more self control than me, that's why we have some write ins scheduled where there is wifi and some where there isn't. :)

I'd have to give Sundays a miss, but Wednesdays should generally fit with my exceedingly random and unpredictable work schedule.

I can do Wednesdays/Thursdays most weeks. Okay, except the first week. I just found this last night and I am determined to catch up. Sundays don't work for me sadly, it would have to be around 11:am for that to work out. So did people meet at IHOP last night (is it the one on Buck Owens and 99)? How'd it go? Can't wait to meet some of you soon. Sorry about my post about more possible midnight write-ins. I found this strand after the fact.

So when and where are we meeting then? And if IHOP, which one?
I'm assuming it's Wednesday from 7 pm on -- place?
And Sunday from 3 pm on -- again, place please?
There's a very nice place to write called Dagny's on 1600 20th. I've seen writers there before. Very small community / neighborhood-like feel. Couches, chairs, tables... And cheaper than Starbucks! They don't pressure you to buy or leave. Has anyone else been there?

Okay, Wednesdays (and Thursdays too I think) 7pm at the IHOP on Buck Owens Blvd.
Sundays...it depends on the Sunday. This coming Sunday I think we're set for the Starbucks on L and 24th at 3pm?
The Sunday after that I think we're set to meet in the office again on Ming and California...look back through the topic for directions. But that's not this Sunday, it's the Sunday after. It was a really awesome meeting place.

Yes, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 7 pm on at the IHOP on Buck Owens.
This Sunday, the 15th, we'll be at the Starbucks on L and 24th.
Dagny's is nice but their hours, not so much.
See you at a write in soon!
