Good to see you too, Jeff. =)
Thanks to everyone who was there for making it an exciting, fun-filled Meet & Greet! =) You guys rock!!
As you can see, my Internet is fixed (at least for the time being). I'm not 100% sure what I did...I unplugged and replugged stuff in about 3 times. And you all know that the third time is a magical charmer...;o)
Happy novel planning!

Glad to have you back into the land of cyberspace!!! :) I had a wonderful time today and am so revved up now that I went out for a late lunch/early dinner on my way back to Springfield and ended up writing out the outline for the first three chapters of my novel. Now...only twenty-some chapters left to go. LOL!!!

It was amazing to meet everyone today at the bakery! I had a great time; it was refreshing and fun to see so many creative people with ideas to commit to paper.
Haha, also, I'm writing this post from my new Acer notebook! I couldn't help but get one after seeing the others there. I love it so far! :)

I also enjoyed the get together. While I still have no idea what the end result will be, I am definitely excited about the process! Hope to see you all at Panera on the 4th!

You have your own Cuteness now! What color did you get? That's exactly what happened to Nicole when she met The Cuteness--went out and bought one for herself the next day. ;o)
I've had mine since March, and I still love it!!! I think I am really, really going to love it in November. No more lugging around a huge dinosaur to the write-ins. =)

Hehehe, at Walmart the only available colors were blue and purple, which I didn't mind. I got purple. It's so pretty. :) I wish I would have thought of that earlier, haha. It prompted me to name the computer when I set it up, and I just put in WritingBot, but I wish I'd put in TheCuteness.

Ooooh...purple!! They didn't have that one when I bought mine :( They only had blue and white when I went. So I went with the blue only because I am sooo about instant gratification and wasn't about to wait to order one of the other colors. Sad...
Anyway, that is awesome that you got one! Cheri and I absolutely adore ours. I love that the wee little thing fits right in my purse, got to love that! (Sorry about the "wee", I've been reading novels with Scottish main characters, and since I am sick that is about all I have been doing, is reading!) Too bad it isn't November already, I would probably have 10,000 words done already with the time I've spent sick at home.
It was awesome meeting everyone on Saturday, and I do look forward to many excellent write ins this November. I have been kind of MIA the last couple of days being sick and sucked in to the aforementioned books.
