Ha, not yet. The only dream I had last night was that a Zachary Quinto as Spock was stalking me, accompanied by Felicia Day, and he could not say anything other than "beep."
It was creepier than you'd think.
But I imagine the NaNo dreams will come soon enough...

Alright, I had my first NaNo-related nightmare. But it wasn't that I had writer's block, or that my hard drive crashed, or anything like that...
I had a nightmare based on the nightmare that I had written for a character in my book today.
In my story, Adrian has a dream where she's in a dark room and she can hear these creatures moving around her in the darkness, and they growl or scream like some kind of wildcat. I wrote all this at the write in today.
When I fell asleep doing my homework, I dreamed that I was walking around downtown Corvallis, and one of the creatures that I'd written was after ME. This was actually helpful (I've discovered upon waking), as I didn't have a clear picture of what the creatures looked like. But now I do... sort of a cross between a lion and a cougar, only built like a BEAR.
And then after that I tried to wake up, knowing it was a nightmare, and then I thought I had, but none of the lights would turn on, and my cell phone was dead and my flashlight wouldn't work and I couldn't get the number for maintenance because the layout of my apartment wasn't how I remembered it and the constant, impenetrable darkness...
I was seriously freaked. I finally woke because Miri texted me (THANK YOU, MIRI), then called my boyfriend for emotional support.
My first time trying to write a scary story, and I'm already giving myself nightmares.
