Before I set anything in stone, I want to find out how many people can make this Friday night for a get-together in the Clifton/Montclair area. We've gone to the TGI Fridays (not Houlihans, my mistake) on Route 3 West (826 Route 3 West ((973) 778-1828)) in the past and that seemed to work out fine for Passaic and Bergen county folk.

With Halloween falling on Saturday, I didn't think people would be able to make it, hence the Friday night idea. And SWnday is already November 1st.

Let me know if you can make it and I'll go ahead and make reservations.

At this point, I can make and can offer a ride.

Just let me know where to get you :-)

Why don't we say Friday night, October 30th at 7pm at the TGI Fridays on route 3 west in Clifton for the Kick-Off Party.

If anyone wants to come Friday night, but has no transportation, let us know and we'll try to arrange a ride.

If people want to have another get-together on Saturday during the day, please feel free to set something up. Unfortunately, I won't be around then. This is why I'm the unofficial ML (I'm not going to be able tpo put in as much time as I'd like) this year instead of the official version.

If you miss these kick-offs, don't feel bad, there'll be a month worth of write-ins and the Thank God It's Over party that will be schedulde for the weekend of December 5-6.

Unless I actually come down with this cold that's been threatening, I plan to be there on Friday night.

I'd love to make it, but as my Sweet Sixteen is the next day, I don't think I'll be able to. I'll be rushing through the weekend's worth of schoolwork to leave Sunday free. I'll be attending some of the write-ins, though, and I hope to see you there!

I'm in the process of working out my plans for this whole weekend, and I'm optimistic about having enough time before what I have to be doing later on Friday night to come out for dinner. I'll let you guys know for sure tomorrow.

Hello, new here...I'm going to try this because I've learned today I'll be out of work another 3 (maybe 4!) weeks and I need something to do! I'd love to come Friday night, but have other plans--the location is a good one for me (this is the TGIF near the Tick Tock Diner in Nutley, correct?)

Hopefully I'll be able to come to one of the other write ins.

Jackie

Sorry guys, I will *not* be able to come tonight but have a dessert shooter in my honor (they still have those, right?) and I'll catch you all on the flip side with a write-in or other event.

Lissa,

Sorry to hear you didn't make it in. We're all good people and, as far as I can see, don't bite on first meeting. Don't be shy!
