Hey all,

Let's set our first write in for Sunday, Novermber 1st. Autumn Leaves opens at noon, if we want to meet then. We can meet earlier at another location, but I'd like to to be a place that has decent bus coverage on Sundays (so near the commons or the mall) so lots of people can come. We can spread out our locations after this first one. What do people think?

Thanks,
Caitlin

Unfortunately, I do not think I can make this Sunday. If I can, I will be there.

Whether I make it or not on Sunday, I will be at Stella's in collegetown about 10 on Tuesday and will be there for five hours. Anyone care to join me?

I'll attempt to be there! Are there plentiful outlets for laptops? Mine has the worst battery in the world. Also, about how long will we be going for?

I'll be there!

The outlet situation at Autumn Leaves is OK, but not plentiful. If you go to the upper part of the cafe, closer to the Workers' Center, there is usually a single power strip with six outlets. There are a few more outlets in the wall near the bookshelves, too, but if someone is sitting in the wrong place, they can be hard to access. I wonder if they'd object to us bringing another power strip?

I'll bring another power strip and an extension cord, and ask them very nicely if we can use it.

I remember people having power strips last year and I don't think they objected, but asking nicely is probably a good idea.

I wanted to come yesterday but my daughter came down with the flu around lunchtime. Poor bubula. On a selfish note, this is putting a bit of a crimp into my writing time! Hope to hear of more write-ins soon that I can attend.

Was the write-in held at Autumn Leaves at noon? I was there at that time and didn't see anyone else. When and where will the next weekend write-in be held?
Thanks,
Jennifer
