I'm a librarian at the Columbia Public Library, and while I don't know if the director is ready to allow write-in parties with food, we do have free wi-fi, outlets, and a number of quiet places to sit, and have recently changed policy to allow folks to bring in their water/coffee/whatever-kind-of-drinks. So if there are folks from the Waterloo/Columbia/Dupo area who don't have anywhere quiet to go, they are welcome to NaNo at the library! It wouldn't surprise me if there isn't really anyone else in a 15 mile radius besides me, haha, but I thought I'd throw out a welcoming writing spot :) My name's Anna and I'm there just about every afternoon/evening if you ask for me at the desk.
