Hello, name's JD. This is my first time ever doing Nano. My friends have told me about it in the past and I wasn't too inclined to actually do it. It just so happens that I had an idea for a novel slap me in the face, for the first time in several years. So I'm gonna give it a shot.

I'll definitely make a concerted effort but with work and limited funds it'll be tight. I won't be able to make it to the kick off party thing because I'm working that night.
