Hey there!

Finally someone is writing in Costa Rica! I live in Zapote, San José and this is my second year in NaNo, but the first one I'm actually hoping to win (last year has a huge failure). I was born and raised here so, although but I can speak, read and (obviously) write in English as well, I think I'll be writing in Spanish... or maybe I'll mix 'em both because sometimes I think better in Spanish, some in English.

I've been looking for a CR group, but since there was none, last year I ended up joining Spain's, But it's nice to know there's more people writing in CR.

Happy writing!

I'm just a few hours across the border in Tole, Panama, but lived in San Fransisco de Dos Rios for sixth months last year and still go up every few months to visit. Glad to see other displaced gringos writing!

I'm an expat in Mexico. I had the strange experience today of writing in English, mentally looking for a word, and all that came to mind was Spanish! Do you get linguistic mixed signals like that?

Hey guys, I'm an ex-pat from Australia in Chile. Good to find other english writers around this side of the world.
I get that problem every so often where in my head my characters start speaking Spanish. Maybe I should make one from South America.
