Hey, I'm Perry. Originally from Chicago but been living on the Osumi peninsula in Kagoshima-ken and working as an ALT for a little over a year now. I wasn't able to participate last year because of a massive case of writer's block (although I've made up for that by finishing two novellas in the past six months, the second of which I'm about a few pages away from wrapping up). This year, I'm set with an idea and ready to go.
