**crossposted from the regional email***

Yay! In less than 48 hours, the chickens, steampunk pirates, enchanted daggers, bioweapons, monsters, spies, cats, and other nonsense will be taking over our brains! I love Nano. We get to indulge our insanity and write novels that will include trebuchets, ninjas, and all the words that we can type.

Kalayna and I will be hosting write-ins all over town. So without further ado, here is the schedule!

SUNDAYS

We will be hosting a write-in at the main library beginning at 2pm and ending at 5pm. This week, we will be meeting in the Baker and Baker conference room. Because, we are only allowed to schedule one meeting at a time. The conference room will likely change from week to week so stay tuned for updates!

Richland County Public Library - Main Branch
1431 Assembly Street

TUESDAYS

Join us From 6pm until close at Panera Bread in Sandhills for word wars and key pounding.

WEDNESDAY

We'll be holding write-ins at Baker Bros on Main Street from 5:30 pm until 8 pm. It is really close to campus and totally walkable for you USC students. For those of you who aren't students (like me), Baker Bros customers are allowed to park in the parking garage next to the restaurant so you won't have to fight for the spots along the street.

SPECIAL EVENTS
November 21 – Lock-in. Details will be announced closer to the event so keep checking in

November 30 – Last minute write-in to pound out those last few words. Come and finish your novels with us.

I would also like to plan a couple of Saturday events in the Lexington area, but we have nothing confirmed yet so for those wrimos living in the Lexington area, stay tuned!

We look forward to seeing you at the write-ins and at the kickoff tomorrow! Shameless plug – The kickoff will be held from 2- 4 at the Barnes and Noble on Forest Drive.

Happy writing,
Vikki- Co- ML

Oh dear. I was just there and no had arrived. I felt lonely, so I left around 10:30 and didn't check the forums until now. I hope you're not alone over there.

I'm sooooo sorry. I always underestimate the time it takes me to get to Lexington from my house. Add to that I got a little lost on my way here and I was way later than I intended to be. I was lonely until Christy showed up! Next time, I host out here, I will be on time, I promise.
