Dear all,
I think I want to go to the Monroe County Public Library tomorrow (Saturday) morning at 10 and sit at one of the big tables in the back left (if you go in on the upper floor near the checkout desks from the parking lot, turn left and go straight back) and work on outlines and plot things and characters to get ready for November 1st.
Happy for company!
Please note that I'm imagining not a mostly-talking event but rather a mostly-not-talking event, kind of working and thinking and writing side by side.
I hope to stay till at least 1. The library's open from 9 to 5 tomorrow.
I probably won't be able to make the afternoon meeting at Barnes & Noble but I did want to set aside some time for getting ready.
Hope to see some of you there (some of the yous I've met at other meet-ups or some of the yous I haven't!).

I will try to be there. I know I need to do some last minute planning. Maybe. At the last meeting I just stared at the screen mostly. Maybe I'm as planned as I can be!
For those who don't know me, I'll be the one with greenish hair and a Tinkerbell purse. The green hair is leftover from a Halloween party at the daycare I work at. I was a butterfly XD
I will also try making the B&N meeting! I love those weekly meetups!

Maybe maybe maybe... This being a particularly hard time for my family, I'm not sure if I'll be needed at home, but if I can get away, I'll join you.
I'm 48 with short-short brown hair (I don't think you can see much gray until you get close to me) and green-framed glasses. If I remember, I'll carry my lime-green-w/red-flowers messenger bag, as that's REALLY recognizable!

Okay, sorry, I can't make it to this meeting.
I ended up going to a late movie with a friend and I seriously need to sleep for a couple years. I'm so tired! I decided I'd go with her since for the whole of November, I will be ignoring her.

OK, Lucimama, I'll try to have a sign, which was really helpful when somebody did it at Wells (thank you, somebody!). And regardless I'll have my blue bifocals and pretty short hair too and my black cap and . . . well, and the sign.
Nekko, sorry you can't come. But remember, we'll be there a while I hope - so come later if you can't come at 10? Just a thought.

Thanks, A. Nony, but I did bring a sign, I was just inspired by how you did it. And yes, Nekku, lots of fabulous planning was done! It turned out to be just me but it was so perfect to leave the house and be in that other structured place. I am so ready for November! (OK, now it's November!)
