My novel idea hit me over the head yesterday, and now there's all these characters in my head chattering nonstop and "doing stuff". They're bull-headed and restless, and I don't know how long I can keep them locked up!

Can't wait until Sunday, when instead of springing forth, my novel will surely explode onto my laptop.

Anyone else more than just a little eager to get this underway??

My idea came from a conversation with my mother as we were driving home late last night. Will have to start writing tomorrow and see how far I can get in just a little time.

finished my outline last night. Counting the minutes at this point. An hour and a half until I can start that first chapter.

I had to wait until late last night before I could even turn on my computer to write. Had thought I would be able to do some writing long hand yesterday, but that possibility disappeared, too. I'm working without an outline and just with the thoughts in my head. When I finally do post a short excerpt for my story, be prepared for it to be very disjointed.

And I already have beat any work I did last year, too. ;-)

i have no outline and am working from my head. I doubt I'll ever post a real excerpt. I'd be embarrassed for somebody to read it...except that today I feel better about what I wrote than yesterday! This is adding much needed structure into my writing life. I love it. (...she says, on Day Two.)
