I'm a REBEL this year, and will be writing a non-fiction book. Have a look at the Rebels Forum and check out some exciting ideas about creative form and style. Thanks - NaNo - for allowing some of us to work OUTSIDE THE BOX. Are there other Rebels in Brighton?
It all begins in a few hours. I've stock up with two extra bottles of instant coffee and a kg tin of chocolate biscuits. What gets you through the night?
Good luck to all!

I'm a rebel too! Although I'm rewriting from scratch I am working on an old story. I realised that I can only do Nano if it's something that I care about writing, so here I am.
I've got my coffee, and I think I'll be stealing some of your biscuits :)

Yeah me too, I'm a rebel this year.. I'm doing a non-fiction account of my trip to America, visiting people I've 'met' online through my dealing-with-mental-health-blog. I was going to fictionalise it, but, hey, I'm confused enough already and nobody really cares, do they? Good luck

Hello Rebels -
Sorry I missed meeting you tonight, but maybe that's what makes this so great - we're all Net-Folk.
Words find their way onto my Word page - but getting started is an up-hill push thus far. How about you? Where do you think NaNo will take you?
Strange - today I received an e-mail from Amazon offering me the opportiunity to purchase 'Nonfiction Book Proposals Anyone Can Write' by E. Lyons. Is someone watching?
Contact tomorrow?

Technically I think I'm probably a rebel, in that I'm pretending I'm writing a prequel, but it's really just plugging the gaps from last year's novel. Reassuring to see that some people are REAL rebels though!
