Is there anyone interested in getting together with the children? Moms? Dads? The month is going to be long so a few meetings a week would greatly help.
I see a few places that are good and safe:
Oakwood library has a conference room where we can bring food and it is a closed area.
Centerville library or Woodbourne libraries are good places.
Fairborn library
Dayton library
Is anyone thinking or another place where it is easy to check on the kids while being absorbed in writing?
Thanks

I'm interested. As I said in the other thread I have a 4 y/o girl and an almost 2 y/o boy.
Just curious, but are you the same soumy_ana from the Dayton Attached Parents yahoo group?

Yes, I am!
Are you an attached parent too?
Can you make it to the Centerville library in the afternoons? Otherwise where can you meet?
That'd be great to meet up and our little ones would enjoy it too.

Hi there! I have young children too! :D I homeschool, so have my 2yr, 6yr, 8yr, and 10yr olds with me during the day. I would love to meet with other parents! My children absolutely love meeting new kids! Please let me know when ya'll would like to meet. The only day of the week we aren't available is Tuesday, as my eldest has band rehearsal that day. I'm so excited about this challenge!

Yes! I'm missaprilmayo over there. My friends and I went to that henna class in Fairborn a couple years ago. You were there, weren't you?
I'm in Kettering, so Centerville is convenient for me. The only afternoon I'm not available is Wednesday.

Great! Sarah is a great henna artist, isn't she?
Seems like homeschooling kids and attachment parenting kids would make a great group.
I would like to know if we agree on days and time before I come. I live in Bellbrook, so I would like to make sure people will be there when I get there.
I called Centerville library. Their conference room is booked most of the time except a few days here and there.
So, we can use the children's room. This room has one way out so it is easy to watch who is going out of the room and they have books, computers to keep older ones busy. If need be, we can corner the littlest ones close to the window and keep them busy. I will bring some games for them.
I can come a early as 1pm everyday, except on Thursdays.
This Monday is not possible for me to come but the other week days work fine for us.
Please, tell me if you can come on Tuesday, and at what time?
We can talk then more if needed.
Thanks a lot.

Otherwise, what time works best?
I am planning on staying 2 hours at a time.
Thanks
