Thank you so much to everyone who came out last night for the Kick Off Party! It was a huge success, and we all had loads of fun! It was awesome meeting you all, and I hope to see most of you again at at least one or two Write-Ins and hopefully at the Thank God It's Over Party in December. I met some really made of awesome, creative, funny, interesting people at the party, and I hope you all feel the same way!
For those of you who missed it, I hope you can make it out to some of the write-ins. We have some goodies left over, so if you weren't at the Kick Off you can still have some.

I'm also going to make a Book Recommendation thread, because I got a LOT of recommendations for good short stories and novels, and there's no way I can remember them all. I second the thank you, by the way. Everyone had such an excellent time, and it's all thanks to the wonderful crowd we had there. I have never enjoyed spending time with such a bubbly, excited, happy group of NaNo writers before. I hope to see all of you again throughout the month, and that your novels go well!
