Well, that was fun - not to be confused with productive! :) Sorry about the grumpy baby; I'd hoped she would sleep rather more than she did. She seems to have lost that lovely newborn knack of sleeping anywhere, through anything! Looking forward to the next one :) Stace |

And your baby is absolutely adorable. Don't stress about her being grumpy. She did well to get that far. There's no way in the world I would have been able to have my 5 year old sit still for that long!

Yeah, the kick-off party was heaps of fun! We scared several Pancake Parlour customers and got told to shush by a 6 year old :-)

Thanks to all for organising it - I was there for a couple of hours in the morning (the redhead whose laptop died and resorted to the Luddite approach) and got about 1000 words written.
Sadly my plans for catching up (and getting ahead) on word count were stymied last night when I slammed my finger in the car door. The index finger of my right hand. Yes, I'm right-handed and yes, typing hurts. Although not as much as holding a pen hurts. Sigh.
