Thread for weekday write-in venues. Will be moving around plenty - come say hi!

Monday November 2nd I will be in Hello Beans Cafe in Itaewon from about 5pm til close (about 9pm). Exit one, go straight, it's between the Nike and Adidas stores. If you hit Burger King you've gone too far. Call 010 2891 7170 if you need help finding it.

Coming off a good day of classes I'm ready to write. I have some more lesson plans to prep, but I'd like to make it out even if only for an hour or two. I'll take your number and ring you if I make it there.

Oh my! I'm at the Starbucks near the Capital Hotel in Noksapyeong today.

Noksapyeong Stn. Exit 3.
Walk straight for about 5 minutes. The Starbucks will be on the opposite side of the road. Just before you get there, there'll be an overpass for crossing.

This is not either of the Starbucks on the main Itaewon strip. If you're next to a McDonald's or a KB Bank, you're at the wrong location.

Today I'm going to Gangnam to write; I will be at Namu Keneul (exit 6 Gangnam Stn, walk straight about two or three blocks until you've passed Accessorize. It's on the second floor next to one of the big cross walks - look for a sign that says books and spa cafe). Doctor fish, tea, waffles and unlimited toast and cookies for those inclined; for those who are not, I am either going to Cocoichiban's or Dos Tacos for dinner. Call or text 010 2891 7170 if you're going to join. I'll be there til about 7 or 8.

Is anyone going to be around Samgakji/Yongsan this afternoon? I plan to be at Cafe Daily from about 5-7, give or take 30 minutes. Cafe Daily is on the Yongsan Station side of the street, as you are coming out of Sangakji subway station, it's maybe 4 or 5 minutes from that exit, which I think is exit 7, but I wouldn't sign an affidavit to that effect.
If you are going to be in the area, give me a call: 010-8877-6742.

Otherwise, hopefully I will see you in Suwon this Sunday!

Today I became aware of the ML vs. OLL staff word wars. Having discovered that DoubleKross is in the top ten and I am not, I say sayonara to a day off and will be word warring later tonight (probably post-8pm) at Latte King in Hae Bang Chon (after Friday afternoon drinks, so who knows how much will actually get written). Anyone wishing to join in, text 010 2891 7170 and I will text when I'm on my way.

Yeah, nevermind. Events overtook me and I wasn't able to free myself until now, so I'm not going to Samgakji. Instead, I'll be in Starbucks at Soongsildae.

Hitting Namu Keneul again today. Will be there for a few hours from roughly 2-6pm =) Exit 6 Gangnam Station, walk straight about three blocks, when you see Basic House look for the sign above that says Books and Spa Cafe (or something similar). That's Namu Keneul.

Providing dinner doesn't go too late I will also be writing in HBC tonight when I get home (probably around 9 or 10). Latte King if it's open, Indigo if it isn't, Cafe Alexandria or Orange Tree if both other options are out.

I never thought I'd say this, but I love swine flu.

I'm now many, many words behind and will need all the help I can get on catching up before Busan, so swine flu closure of my school (don't worry, I don't have it) could not have come at a better time. SO! Today, Namu Keneul in Gangnam. Probably from around 2-whenever I get sick of writing. Come join!

Behind?? I'm a little ahead and you have more words than me. How are you behind? Going for more than 50,000?

I would come by since I'm not too far from Gangnam station but I don't get off til 6:00 so I couldn't be there until 7:00 and I'm sure you'll be sick of writing by then if you are starting at 2:00! ^^

I'm getting internet installed today (i think) but I'd like to make my way out there if possible. I need to go by Techno Mart anyway. I don't think I'd get there until after six. If anyone's still there I might come out...

I'm thinking of going to Itaewon or Jogno some night this week. Anyone interested in meeting up?

As a matter of fact, it is. I write all afternoon, and then I knit all evening. The starbucks baristas think I'm nuts for being there for seven hours straight.

Just a quick reiteration - tonight, from approximately 4ish-7, I will be writing in Starbucks near the Capital Hotel in Noksapyeong. This starbucks is NOT on the Itaewon main strip - see above for directions. I am currently several thousand words behind so any company and whip-cracking would be much appreciated!!

Does anyone else who works a hagwon schedule want to organize a weekday write-in? 4-7 is in the middle of my workday (plus it takes me a while to get to Itaewon). I will (un)fortunately be away this weekend for a Thanksgiving dinner so I'd like to do something during the week to keep the wordcount up. Ang, I know you mentioned potentially going out to Dangogae (or thereabouts), but the more write-ins the better. I am not as far behind as I was this time last week, but I will be if I don't engage in some word-warring.
