In previous years the site became rather overwhelmed during the first week or so and could either go down completely or run like glue, especially during our afternoons, once the US woke up and went on-line.
Please don't be discouraged by this. It settles down after a while and things return, more or less, to normal. If you can't get on, just leave it for a while.
The best time to log on and upload and all such things during this stage is early-ish in the morning.
