How is everyone doing? I'm up to 1857 right now. Much more than I thought at this point!

I'm at 2403 and need to quit for awhile. Other things to do around here. Hope to get back to it later today, but kinda doubt it! Good luck all.

3933 here, much more than I though I would crank out today. Time to do something else for awhile, you know, like eat leftover Trick or Treat candy and drink cider. I will be writing more tonight. I am in southwest Michigan.

2259, that's more than I had in a month the first two years I've done nano, so I've improved quite a bit.

About 2300, and still going. I just need to take a quick break to think of a name. I had 550 more, but I scrapped that to redo the beginning. I know, I know, I'm bad. But suddenly at the last minute I decided to take the story in a whole new direction. I think it will be much more exciting this way.

And hey, my five and a half page Prologue is much better so far than my last one, which didn't even fill up one page.

I think the restart was really necessary for me, personally, though it did set me back a little at first. I'm all caught up now, though!

4426 right now. So close to the 5k I want to hit today. I'm hoping for that same number tomorrow, or at least close. It'll give me a couple day buffer while I hit the streets and look for a job.

I may go through and redo my prologue eventually, well, at least expand on it some more, I'm just not sure, it's only a couple hundred words right now. We'll see, I'm just not motivated enough to work on that part more.

Anyway, taking a short break to eat some dinner and peruse the forums before heading back in to work out the next 500 or so words. Keep it up everyone.

2248, all written in the last hour or so. Today was hugely busy. Blah. I shall do better tomorrow, despite the nefarious schoolwork.

I'm at 1,521, which is pretty good considering I've only been home for an hour all day. My daily is 2,000- I'm stepping it up to 60,000 this year!!!

2747 so far, but I've been battling with getting a calendar up for everyone to see online write-in times and such and its not working. I wish I could have gotten more today, but I'm still pretty pleased with what I did get written :D.

6292, baby! Woo-hoo!

The turns my story is taking is surprising me! One minute I think it's going one way and all of a sudden, I'm headed down a different path with it. But it's turning out pretty cool, I think.

Good luck--keep it going!

At this precise moment I'm at 11,725, but I'm not done for the night yet. I hope to break 12,000 tonight. Wish me luck! If I do I'll have written 3000 words today! ^__^ Much more than I thought I would be able to crank out!
Everyone is doing great, keep it up people! We have to represent Michigan! :)

17047, yes!

I gotta keep this train rolling. I realized after I signed up to do this that I had invited my family up for Thanksgiving. Whaaaa?!!!

They live 2 hours south of me in the Livonia/Novi area, so it won't just be a holiDAY, it will be the whole weekend. Two adults, three teenagers and a 100 lb. dog are coming (not counting the family that lives locally), so I need beds ready and food purchased and someone to clean my house.

I wish nanowrimo was in oh, I don't know--May, maybe?!!!! lol

Good luck all!

I'm at 13,458 and I should have 14638 to be at my minimum goal for today (one chapter a day of at least 2,000 words). I lost some time visiting my grandparents- I couldn't find my converter cable to plug my laptop in in my car! But I'm regaining the words slowly.

Whew. I was almost going to give up, having missed 3 days in a row, but I caught up! I love this thing (it's my first time doing it) :)

Restarting my novel has put me way behind. I just hit 7777 though! If that isn't good luck, I don't know what is.
