Hi, My name is Melissa Abbott and this is my first time doing this event! I have been researching and practicing my skills during the month of October and even though I work full time at The Gloucester Times, I am hoping I can bang out almost 1700 abandoned words a day for the next 30 days towards a historical novel idea I have had for a long time.
