The group is currently under construction, but traffiic for waiting is less than on NaNoWriMo at the moment! Hopefully our mascot will be up in the main picture by the end of this week. Frankly, during NaNoWriMo, I try to cut down on my internet use. FaceBook is a distraction. Plenty of space right here on the Nano site.

It's always nice to have a secondary place to meet. And if for any reason (like yesterday) your web site is running a little slow due to traffic, you can meet there. You don't have to do it. It is an alterantive for those who wish to. I hope that those who do want to use it will.

Aside from the several posts I've made tonight (because I got my word count goal done early) I rarely come here other than to post my current word count. Of course, I hardly go to Facebook, either, but it's not a bad idea. I'll check it out.

Joined! Facebook and the official Nano page is about all I allow myself to check during writing hours. I even have the FB NaNo app on my profile for all my non-writing/heathen friends to see. ;)
