Transportation
Parking: Based on GoogleMaps Streetview (so cool!) there appears to be 2-hour street parking on King St. However, I'm not familiar with the area enough to know where else one can park. Does anyone else have any info about parking?
Bus Routes: Downtown Kitchener is accessible by any of the buses that stop at Charles St. Terminal (which is a lot). Particularly useful ones are the IXpress and the 7s, which run all the way between Waterloo and Cambridge.

Thought I might be able to come, but the gods have not smiled. I'm behind on nano but my other job is done so all i have to get done is my outline and then i should be able to get back on track.

Grrr, argh, feck. Completely failed to reach Kitchener. Completely failed to even leave work. Sorry, guys, was looking forward to meeting up one last time and not chatting to you all whilst writing a fantastic number of semi-coherent and semi-coherent words :)
Seriously, I was hoping to make it to the meet today but work got in the way at the last moment. I hope it went well, and you all blew your targets away. It was great meeting you all, and I wish you all well. I want to write another 1k+ words today, which is proving difficult after 2 pitchers of beer. Ho hum :)
