Hey guys,
You may remember me as the girl who had one word written as of the kick-off party...
I was thinking us 20-somethings should take advantage of Capital Ale House's offer and hit it up in a week (give or take) and hang out. We can chat about progress so far as well as relax a bit. I was thinking not so much of having a write-in as a write-break, unless you all would like differently.
Does this sound like a good idea?
What days/times work for you all?

Despite the agist nature of this proposed meet-up, I was drawn to it because, in addition to ages, we may have other similarities like being agile, jumpy, arms akimbo, frivolous, and hot-headed aspiring writers. And it involves a capital ale house, which, not having made the kick-off party nor been highly impressed by the exclusion of old wise farts, nevertheless peals like a bell to my 20-something ears, in a manner more beckoning than bellicose. I am going to be such a verbose ass hole after this month if I am already writing like this. How about next Sunday evening? I would interpret your "very smart professor" to mean that this should be a write-in, but I'd settle for half and half, or quarter quarter quarter quarter, or even some other fractionation which involves at least ten minutes of fast-paced writing.

This sounds like a great idea! Although, depending on how my word count looks, I might bring my laptop along even if it's technically a "write-break," because grad school + NaNo = Absolutely no time to be wasted. ;)
The only day I definitely can't make it is Thursday, because I have class. Any other day is fine, but Tuesday and weekends work best for me.

This sounds like an awesome idea. I might not be able to show, however, due to my always working nights and weekends. Mondays and Tuesdays might workable, but you know how making plans go... or, well, my making plans sometimes ends up badly.

I should be able to do next Saturday. I'm in DC all day for an event, but I'll be back after 6 sometime if we want to make it an evening kind of thing.

It sounds good...but my schedule is really weird, so just let me know a consensus for the time/day and if I can make it, I shall!

Okay, so it turns out Saturdays are not going to work so well for me after all. So my new availability is pretty much any evening except Thursdays or Saturdays, though Tuesdays still work best for me. :)

Saturdays are horrible for me, unfortunately. Sundays are awesome. Weeknights are good. I usually only work until 4pm but the latest I'd be working would be 7.

Sunday at 6? Sounds good. I want to say I'll be there definitely, but I don't have a car so I'll either have to convince someone to lend me theirs or get someone to give me a ride. If I don't make it, I'll shoot for the Tuesday meet, but it'll be the same situation.
I'm new to the NaNo scene and would REALLY like to get a chance to meet some of the local Wrimos. I didn't get a chance to go to the kick off, but I'm a little bit ahead on my word count, so a bit of a breather would do me some good, I believe.

Thankfully turning 20 this year I fall into the category lol I can not make it this weekend but maybe next time possibly. I might try to aim for this weekend, I work overnights I was the vampire at the Kick off party that had to go to work that night lmao
----------Ah well I only just got my permit so yeah can't drive alone yet, but I'll be there in spirit since I'll be on 360 possibly when the party ends writing behind my work counter heh.
If there is any others just message me and I'll see if I can make it I work overnights a week on and a week off and this wednesday starts my work week so yeah.
Happy writing :)
