Pride of the Dancing Chickens (this one's for you, former ML Christee (TheRubberChicken)):

Have someone in your story dancing the chicken dance. It can be at a party, a victory celebration, some crazy your character passes in the street, or any of a thousand other reasons. Post an excerpt in this thread.

I was still convinced that Rain was playing a practical joke on me so I decided to turn the tables. I started humming the chicken dance song and flapping my arms. Clap Clap flap flap, squat, repeat. Rain and Lee Byun just looked at me like I was out of a mind. Maybe I was. Maybe this whole day was a dream and I am still passed out in my evening gown on my bed. I was still making my mind up when I heard the sound of gunfire. Being from the ghetto it took me a minute to react.

Not sure I could pull that one off... post-apocalyptic steampunk doing the chicken dance? :)

I think it's possible. In a post apocalyptic world, you have to keep your sanity somehow! XD

In my story, the main football team just won a big game, so I figure I could fit this in very easily with some celebration or whatever. I also want to try the Day one challenge when I get to one of those spots that needs character developement in my story.
