A pirate is going to attack the prince. And he doesn't have a name--he won't until the coronation (whenever that might happen, which could be never).

Uh, sure!
Hmm, one. Well the one coming up is that she has to someone convince her very reasonable brother to come along with her on a search for revenge he won't agree with and, if he consents, will involve leaving his pregnant and recently widowed mother behind with the other two children.
Why am I mentioning this one? I still haven't the foggiest how she's going to manage that.

My character has several obstacles along the way but the largest one looming in front of her is that someone is trying to kill her, but not until over halfway through the book.

Hmmmm... well, my story starts off with a boatload of difficulties being heaped on my poor MC. For starters, she's just moved to a new town for college and knows absolutely no one in the area.

Toss me in there.
Well, my main character's situation is kinda weird, because I plan on none of the story being from his perspective. After realizing first hand how big 1667 (or more specifically 3562) words are...I'm not sure how far the story's going to go.

I haven't figured out which one is the MC yet! Though I do have a few good candidates; right now the main one is discovering the consequences of exploring a planet with a team of scientists chosen by political jockeying.

My MCs have yet to officially meet, but my villianess has and is contemplating what's going on in my head... maybe..
I've already incorporated one{technically, two} dares I took into my story. <3
Only one of my MCs even have a difficulty, technically. And that's my human MC. And she's got a vampire that's out for her blood, not to mention she's just moved to this new town and enrolled into a vampiric high school!

The most recent problem I've stuck in was the bad guy trying to figure out why this mysterious group called the Black Raven was trying to hinder the imminent marriage between his son and the daughter of a noble family. The fun part is - the Black Raven is that noble family! And the family wants them to get married! Bwahaha!!! >:D

As for obstacles, I plan to kill off my main character about halfway through the book. Is that enough? (it's okay, there are plenty of zombies hereabouts, so I don't think it will stop him)
