I noticed something right at the end of September. Last year, we, as a region, got something like 987,000 words (yes, I made that particular number up, but the actual was close to that). I think that we can break one million words this year! Who's with me? |

Very interesting. We'd need at least 20 people to finish their 50k to achieve 1,000,000 words for our region. Here's to hoping we can do it!

I can't promise to contribute a large percentage of that million, but I suppose that any new writers adding words to the count are helpful. So count me in.
