When: Personally I'm getting there around 3:30; one other person I know of is coming at around 3:30, 4:00 (my old high school English teacher :D). One person can't get there until 7:30, so we'll be there for at least several hours. The library closes at 9:00.
What to bring: your imagination! Any writing materials you're going to need, such as a laptop or notebook.
I don't know what the library's policy is on food but I think it's a general no no. We'll have to take a break or two to go get food at the local McDonald's or Wendy's or something.
If there are a lot of us there we're probably going to have to improvise a bit and spread out at different tables, unless we get lucky and ask nicely if there's a room we can use, but we might have to reserve it ahead of time.
There is a Facebook event here if you would like to use it to RSVP as well. I'll be making some sort of a sign so that you guys know who I am. :D
