So I was nervous about writing about real angels. Fallen angels, angel-angels, and everything inbetween.
Now guess who's decided to be the 'big bad'?
God.
No, really. But He's not a bad guy. He's letting things happen because He wants to see how humans and angels and such react to certain things being allowed to happen. He's taken a human form to watch people, taking an interest in Carmine and Thomas for the most part and interacting with them. He's even played a few games of my world's version of chess with Carmine, always winning with the oddest means by protecting the pawns. Because, as he says, "I love my pawns. Pawns are precious. It is the smallest that are most beautiful and those that need to be protected and loved. Why should they who have no weapons fight and fall for those who do?"
So all the while, people are going to be searching for this big bad guy, looking for the source of all this evil and the main baddie. The one true evil. It's going to come to a head and then they're all going to find out either through coming upon him or fighting each other (angels and humans) that this simple human boy (calling himself Asher) who's been popping up in the oddest places is there big bad and He was only doing it because...
...He was curious. He was bored. And He had a small bet going with the devil.
And I'm LESS afraid of writing this than I ever was of writing about fallen angels?!
