As it please the novel-writing deities, I'm past 10k words! My kids had pizza for dinner two nights in a row, and my fingers are cramping, but yep, I got past 10k.

I guess technically I passed 10,000 yesterday morning, but that's neither here nor there. :D On my way to 20k!

Turns out, 4:00 am is a really good time to write a novel for a mom/teacher with too many daytime/nighttime responsibilities! Wow, I can't even get myself to work out at this time of the morning usually. Well, anyhow, it worked! 10,341... and counting!

FInally! I'm on time. Still, I feel slow compared to the people who are at 20+. Oh well.

My 10000th word is "The." Interesting...

I'm finally past 10,000 words only 14 hours behind schedule. I'm well into the plot and plodding along.

ha! i have finally reached this mark.

i am far behind, but still marching on. and my 10,000th word is "descending," which, in context, is actually more uplifting than it sounds.

Woot! Finally ...

10,358, and planning on catching up to quota over the rest of today. Not too bad considering I started Sunday morning, then completely restarted with a new story on Tuesday afternoon.

Having a blast!

Woohoo reached 10,187 words Friday night. Taking the weekend off for family stuff, but will be back on Monday ready to roll. Plan on making two write-ins this week. See you all there

Wow, I've been super lazy at getting these up here. Well, really busy with other things too mind you. Anyways,
10K was:(今日、僕の バイクは)酷い(燃費が ある。。。), which means (Today, my motorcycle had) terrible (gas mileage...)

Wow, looking at other people's word counts makes me feel rediculously behind. I mean, I am, but people who are in the 40ks already are just brilliant. I'm super behind though, I hardly wrote at all the first week so I've been frantically neglecting everything around me to get back up to speed. I just hit 10,000 though, so I'm happy. Gonna stay up another few hours and hopefully reach 15k. My 10,000th word though is "frowned". That seems oddly pessemistic to me...
