Hi all,
I'm not going to be defeated by the evil overlords of college exam prep this year!!! I shall attend a meetup at one point or another!

I'm wondering how many others are going to be at the Chichester write in this wednesday, as i intend to be there. Providing i don't get eaten/mauled by my art, philosophy or driving tutors that is!

there see to be a number of people from chi about this year, so who's gonna attend. It is your duty!

I'll be at the George & Dragon on North Street, although I'm not sure that they have any power sockets to use.
Hmmm... can anybody think of someplace open around 5:30-7pm that would let folks plug in? I'm easy, coz I write on paper. Like a proper writer ;D

See you tomorrow!!

Sigh. I spent hours (minutes) putting everything up on the google calendar thingy...

...and we love you for it Moose! I just wanted to know who else was gonna be there

There are a couple of pubs at the other end of South Street, if you REALLY want. But i think we might have to just go old school and all use this 'paper' that you mentioned ;P

See you tomorrow!

Since Melisende seems to be oddly allergic to the NaNo forums (which is weird, because she's on the internet pretty much all the time she's not sleeping/at uni) I will text to her to tell her this is happening. I'm not sure whether she'll come, since she actually lives in Bognor, and has also been whining about essays a lot. Honestly, at least I use essays and NaNo as procrastination for each other...

Darn it - somehow I missed details of this Write In and am off to Haywards Heath in a bit for the evening. Is there another one planned?

I use The Place at 'The Ship' for by book group - it's just down North Street from The George and Dragon and a bit quieter. They are probably a bit more flexible about plugging in and stuff too.

I've not planned another until the 26th, but only because I'm away from the 7th til then. Yes, I know that it's a stupid time of year for a holiday, but figured there would be plenty of writing time on the plane....

You lot can always sort something out between you for middle weeks :)

I think the Tsp is my PR person now?

:D

So, think we should check out this allegedly quieter place for the next Chi meet up?
