UNF write-in

I'd love to take part in a write-in. Those times would actually be perfect for me as well. Thursday and Friday are best for me, but Thursday is preferable, because I am already on capus on Thursdays. Considering my low word count, it would be nice to have atleast one time set aside in which I have to write and cannot come up with excuses such as "I can post on the forum for a little while" or 'What about my French test?"... :/

Sorry, I was going to reply back to your message, but the last couple days have been kind of insane.

I too would be cool with Thursdays. I just have class at 3 so I'd only be able to hang around for an hour or so.

I live on campus so if anyone ever wants to get together and have little mini-write in's (evenings or weekends are always good for me, that's when I have the most time to do stuff that's not school related) that'd be cool too.

Do you want to meet up in the library, or the lawn outside the Fine arts building (weather permitting)? I'm on that side of campus on Thursdays, but if you are all near the Student Union I'd be fine going there as well. Anyone know of a place we could have a room for the write-in? I know the library has group study rooms but they are usually full.

I think we could meet up on The Green (the grassy area in front of the art building, 45). It's great for drawing inspiration with all the people wandering about. It's also fairly central.

Though the study rooms on the 2nd floor of the library tend to be filled, the 3rd and 4th floors tend to not have very many people at all. And if we want to have a place outside (to avoid stuffiness and insanity) that is somewhat secluded and will have a low risk of invasion, building 10, on the 2nd floor has a patio right outside of the Honors office. It's really nice out there, and as I said, there never seem to people there, only a few passing people every once in a while.

I think we should meet up on the green and then moved according to what people think. I'll try to make there as close to 12:30 as possible.

I'll be wearing an electric blue back pack, which is about twice my size. ; ) I have short brown hair, and I always have a little kiddish bracelet on my left wrist, it blue with multicolored beads. I think those are most of my distinguishing qualities, I don't should I carry a red balloon? ; )

I just read this now, but on the off chance you check this within the next 10 minutes, I'll be there and I have a polka-dotted sort of over-shirt on, short brown hair, dragon earings and a yellow turtle bag... I'll be on the look-out for an electric blue backpack. :D

How did it go this week? I am going to be free on UNF campus this Thursday if anyone else is interested... I am out of class between 1:30 and 4:30, though I probably won't be able to meet the WHOLE time I could definitely meet for a significant portion of it. Let me know

Sure. I'll be there. Last time we just ended up talking about our stories the entire time (there were only two of us, Sarah and I), but I know that I deffinately receieved some very good feedback. This time I would actually like to get some writting done, because I am VERY far behind. This past weekend I was working all day on Saturday and Sunday and did not have computer access to write my story.

We can meet on the green. As I said, I usually have my yellow turtle bag with me, and I'll try to make a nice sign.

Perfect. Yes, as much as I like to chat I do need to just sit down and write, so that sounds great. I will probably have purple glasses on, but otherwise I change clothing and accessories constantly, so I can't even guess yet what I will be wearing on Thursday. See you there!

I looked, but I did not see anybody with purple glasses on the green... in fact I was the only person actually sitting on the green... I tried walking around and looking at people with glasses. There was one person who looked as though they had purple glasses and they must have thought I was insane starring at them.... I'm sorry that I missed you!!

I was really busy this Thursday (it's my only day to go and visit teachers etc.) so I was walking by the green a lot. I was looking for both of you, and didn't see anyone. : / Does Monday work for anyone?

I'm going to be at UNF with relatively nothing to do from 11:30-3 So I can hang out at the green for writing purposes. Although, I'm kinda sick so I don't know how long I'll be there before I go find someplace to sleep :P

So if you can make it please come, I'll have my electric blue backpack still, and the bracelet, and I might be with some other people depending on if they can work on our project before hand. So if I'm with other people we'll probably be building something... I don't think I'll have any other distinct characteristics. I have a white mac laptop, which may have a nanowrimo sign on it.

Also, to clarify what the green is, it's the lawn outside outside of building 45 (the arts building). Relatively near ACE (tutoring and advising), the library, Alumni Square/Cafe, and the computer science building.

I can't make it on Monday, because I have class from 12:00-3:00 (and most of us love the class so much that we come early). It's actually in building 45, so I will try to stop by and say hello if I see you WriMos on the green. :)
