Anyone interested in a weekly write-in for east-end Richmond? We've got plenty of options: Clista's coffee in New Kent (off 60, easy access from 64), The Shake Shop in Sandston, or even the Panera in Mechanicsville.

It would be pretty low-key, bring your own laptop and chill with a coffee or milkshake type thing.

So... anyone interested?

I'm definitely interested! Midlothian is too far away for me to drive after dark. Mechanicsville is closer to my apartment, but I don't mind driving elsewhere :D

For me the Shake Shop would be the sure shot. Glad to hear some people are interested in meeting around the East End. Just last night I was thinking of throwing a line out about that and seeing if anyone would bite.

I'm trying to think, does the shake shack have wifi? I'm positive Clista's does (free to customers). I'm fine with meeting wherever, though.

What kind of days do you guys have available? The best times for me would be either Sunday afternoons/night or Wednesday afternoons, although I can be more flexible.

In the meantime, do we have any more takers?

I don't know if the Shake Shop has wi-fi (I've only been there once) but if I recall correctly, it's right across the street from the Sandston Library. If the library has wi-fi maybe the Shake Shop is close enough to pick it up.

I live about two minutes from the Shake Shop, so I can make it there. I'm available pretty much any day right now.

Sounds good to me. I've never been to a write-in so I'm excited :)

**UPDATE! I'm pretty sure the Sandston bistro &shake shop is *closed* Sundays- so we will be meeting at Clista's Coffee and Cream in New Kent. (3215 Rock Creek Villa Dr # E Quinton, VA 23141) For those of you in Sandston, you can follow 60 the whole way there. You will go through bottoms bridge and pass the Bloom on your left.

I know this is super late, sorry!
