So, i have no idea how to do a cover for my book. I don't even know how to make those little banners everyone else has on their signature line. To be honest, I am not even sure I can write a book and I am lucky I got this computer turned on :)

However, Marvelous Melvan is a young adult book I am attempting to write for my daughter. Is is a silly tale of a girls wish for a magical creature that gets interupted by her brother. Instead of the fabled and lovely Pegasus she wants, she ends up with a flatulant prone, whimsical Pega-donkey. At least Melvan has a knack for story telling and singing of wonderfully inappropriate songs, usually when it is least appreciated. Thanks for doing what you all do-

No this does not mean I will design just any cover. I just like the idea of a flying fartdonkey.

I was kind of skeptical of this 30 covers in 30 days thing, but I keep checking this forum daily and I LOVE it! Everything about it so far. This is just wonderful.

1) You, Hazmat Squishy, can write this book because no one else thought of it. Books pick the right people to write them.

2) What a hilarious idea! I hope you'll finish it and post it somewhere so we can read this.

3) Cover is a riot, just as whimsical as the book idea. Coolness.

Wow! Ok, thanks for the votes of confidence and encouragement. Now I am nervous, and guess I had better actually keep writing this thing! And Fwis - really cool man. Good job! Two mins, really? Awsome.

And yes, I too smile at the thought of a flying fartdonkey, and I those words shall now wonder into my book :)
