It's Day 3 and we should all be around 5,000 words or so to stay on track. I make a challenge to all Lubbock writers to have at least 5,000 words by the end of today! (myself included) Stop procrastinating....get writing! :-) |

Yesterday's word count was really difficult for me, too. I know you can catch up, Tracy! This is Lubbock's year to have a higher percentage of winners than any other region! We can do this!

Don't sweat it at all. Last year, I didnt start writing until day 5 and still was able to hit 50K before the end of the month. I know I'll be able to get a lot done this weekend without any Tech stuff going on (thank the Lord!)

Last year, my dad was in the hospital, so I started days late.
I just kept telling myself :
"I'm not out of time yet!!!"
and it motivated me to keep going.
Besides, once you hit 35,000 words, it is down-hill from there. ^_^
