See, I'm padding my word count even in the title of this post?! I'm not an old-timer for nothing, I tell you.

Anyway, I'm at the library now (9:50 a.m. Tuesday 11/3) and if anybody cares to join me for a writing-intense sprint, you're welcome to. Maybe later we'll catch a cuppa coffee across the street and actually chat a bit to make up for being anti-social as we write.

I'm in a comfy chair overlooking the Kirkwood entry, wearing a red long-sleeved t-shirt that says "Trust your Instincts." There are several comfy chairs still available, some at tables nearby if you prefer a table over your lap.

Dear Lucimama,

I would have loved to come join you but can't today and tomorrow I fly to California for 12 days. I hope I can do morning daytime library write-ins with you in the second half of the month!

2700 words Sunday, 2000 words yesterday, feeling good.

Happy writing, all!

Congratulations on that word count (I haven't updated yet out of some dissatisfaction with my output so far).

Have a great time in California, and yes, let's do some library write-ins when you get back.

Anyone else? It's comfy here, and reasonably quiet. And it'd be nice to have someone to talk with when I take a coffee break in another hour or so.
