Found this in the Tech Forum; it's been updated for 2009 and is really great. Thank you to truckpoetry!

Plug in your daily word count total, the hours you spent writing, your location and this Excel spreadsheet does the rest:
Number of words written today
Words per hour
Words you have let to read your goal
Days remaining
Goal for tomorrow
% change in pace
At this rate you'll be done on (It currently says "Never" on my sheet LOL)
Percent complete
Writing hours left at today's rate
You also get Quick Stats:
Total hours spent writing
Average words per day
Average hours spent writing per day
Words remaining to gaol
Days remaining to Deadline
Writing hours remaining
Most productive day
Most productive location
It's a great way to see where you are and to recalibrate your time if you get behind.

For those of you on a mac with Numbers, you can use my sheet at http://stripysock.com/NaNoWriMo.numbers.tar.gz
It's not quite as full-featured as the Excel one, but it's pretty! And besides, I have a novel to write.
Enjoy.

Ha ha ha, thanks everyone, especially to runtime for the mac version.
The excel one will RUN on Numbers, but it's sort of (okay, a lot) iffy xD
@runtime :: I am *this* close to make an inappropriate crack about your novel's title thanks to White Wolf's nWoD, ha ha ha. I love it <3
