On Saturday, December 5, we could all meet up at Olive Garden, or another inexpensive restaurant for a nice dinner.

Or, if the weather permits, we could have a picnic at LaFreniere Park.

We could also go to see a movie.

We could write a movie...I'm joking!

We could all go see the Disney Princess Exhibit at NOMA.

We could al go out for beignets.

We could all spend the day in City Park.

Or, we could really just do whatever you want to do.

Please post suggestions and times you would be available to party.

NOTE: Another possible option for partying would be Saturday, December 12, the next week-end.

Are you interested?

Happy writing!

Simone

I can never do Saturdays, because I work doubles, but I would totally be down for something! I like the idea of beignets-way cheap, local to NOLA in all her glory, easy to mix socially....

We will meet from 8:00AM-9:00AM or 9:30AM at 4700 Veterans Blvd in Metairie at Cafe du Monde.

We will discuss our novels, exchange contact information, et cetera.

Please bring your own money to purchase any food or drink items you want.

If anyone cannot attend, please let me know ASAP.

Thanks so much for your cooperation.

Happy writing! :)

Is the "morning" times at Cafe du Monde for the 5th also?

We were thinking that December 6, Sunday, would be a better option for Cafe du Monde.
