Thanks to everyone who showed up for the Write-in at the Matrix. It was a BLAST! I went to bed at 8:30 the next two nights, so I'm caught up on sleep. Now I have to catch up on words! Hope to see people Friday night. You can start coming in at 5pm and stay...well...not ALL night, but at least until around 10pm. We have song circle that night, no cover charge, nice "background" live music. I'll try to line up the extension chords, but if somebody brings extras that would be great.

Looking forward to it, Holly! I'll try to remember to bring an extra extension.

I'll be in Seattle Friday-Monday, so sadly can't make the write in. I plan to write some while visiting at least :D My friend is also doing NaNo, so hopefully we can motivate each other.

It was very fun! And a great way to kick off November. Thanks, Holly, for providing such a great space to write (and delicious food). And thanks to Amy for the awesome buttons!

I'm in Seattle also. In fact, I might not get much writing done this weekend, but I'll catch up. I'm at Donald Maass' Fire in Fiction workshop which is awesome!!

But thanks for hosting. Kickoff was a blast! And what a great start. It's nice to feel I have enough of a headstart to not worry about skipping a day or four.

And yes. The buttons were FABULOUS! I'm wearing mine up here, thus officially confirming "Plotzer" in the lexicon.

I still have 2 left. Was going to give one to Liz (if I can ever make it to a write in to give to her!) and I can save the other for you (or mail it to you if you'd like) :)
