Thursday evening at the Downtown Beanery, 500 SW Second Street.
I'll be there around 6 p.m.; there are frequently a few Wrimos there earlier (it's where we meet during the rest of the year, too.)

You guys are rocking and rolling! Keep pumping out those words!

Is there a place to plug in a laptop there? I'd like to come, but my battery doesn't work so well.

There are several spots, and people are usually generous enough to move a chair or often kind enough to move to another spot if you can't reach the outlet.

Yep! And I finally found my power strip, so I'll bring it too.

Unfortunately, I have been fighting off a bug this week, so I won't be able to attend. I will be writing at home, however, so I will be there in spirit!

Aw. Sorry we won't see you, but I appreciate your not bringing buglets to share. *smile*
Let me know how you do tonight!

I'll be there, do we know if there's wifi available? I use an internet database for backgrounds in my story. I'm just currious, cause I can deal with out it, I just like having it.

I believe there is. (I don't use it). I do know various people have checked things on the web using their laptops.

I've been out of circulation until today, as far as internet goes anyway, so sorry I didn't respond to this sooner. I did well on Thursday - I think I wrote 2,000 words. Plus, I was able to write at work this weekend, so I am at least close to on track. As I can't find the e-mail about tonight's write-in (Tuesday - I probably erased it) I'll just say here I am still not feeling 100%, so I won't make the write-in again tonight. I have been writing at the Beanery in Corvallis today, though, & plan to keep going at home this evening until I break 15,000, which should put me right on schedule. I will plan to see you here on Thursday for sure!
